Terms and Conditions

Inclusions:
All product packages include a zipped archive of files. 
- Joomla/Mambo Module or Component
- Standalone Software
- Other special Software or Templates

Delivery:
The files will be sent to the email address that you register with PayPal, usually within 12 hours.

If our email doesn't arrive within this time frame, please do the following:- check your junk mail folder, check that your email account doesn't block emails with zipped files attached. If our email has not arrived within 12 hour, please contact us and we'll process your order manually.  Remember to include the following transaction details contained in your PayPal notification:- name, email address and the transaction ID.  If your email account blocks mail with attached executable files, please provide us with an alternative email address to send your product to.

Customer Accounts and Passwords:
The customer (you) agrees NOT to share personal passwords and any login information with others.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be made when a purchased product does not perform as anticipated due to our coding/design fault, and not those related to the way the client has used or modified the product. Refunds must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please choose your product carefully as refunds/exchanges will not be made if you purchased the wrong product.

License
This license grants you a non-exclusive, limited use of the web product purchased from
xe-media.ch.

Limited Use:
Products purchased from xe-media.ch can only be used on a single website. If you need to install this product on more than one website (either yours or a client's), you will have to purchase additional products - even though they are the same design.

You can not sub-license, redistribute, resell, assign or transfer this license, or its associated files to anyone else.

In addition to the original zipped file, you can only have a total of 2 copies of the product files - one on your site's web server, and the other on your computer for backup purposes only. No additional copies are allowed.

Modifications:
You may not modifie the product.

Ownership:
All Software products are subject to copyright and intellectual property laws, and retained by its developer. You cannot claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of the products from xe-media.ch.

Warranty:
The Software packages are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind - either expressed or implied.  In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of, or inability to use our products.

Purchase of our Software indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
